About Me

Who I Am

I am a work in progress. I have spent a lifetime gathering knowledge, first as a pharmacist, then as a nutritional therapist and for a time an owner of a thriving health shop but mostly as a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, as a wife and mum to two energetic twin boys and a woman. But it is within the last few years that I have applied this knowledge into a wisdom that has added value to my days and made them count. It couldn't have come at a better time, I've reached a stage in my life that the boys are growing up fast, and it feels like I could quickly fade into the background and become invisible. My mission moving forward is to continue to make sure I -Make Every Day Count - and encourage others to do the same.

P.S -I  have a journal obsession! I continually jot down notes on anything that inspires me and adds real value to my days. The journals above are; actually, my journals and the doodled reflections contained within helped create the chapters of my book. I also love carrot cake, but it has to have oodles of cream cheese frosting top and middle. N x
